A lovely field planted with oranges located in the beautiful province of Alajuela. All orange trees on this property are now 9 years old with an approximate lifespan of 35 years.

 The groove has been in full production of Valencia orange
since 1993. Harvest occurs between February and May of
each year. The farm contains approximately 4,600 trees with a net cultivated area of 18 hectares.

The property borders on the north with a public road, on the south with another property, on the east with other property and on the west with a private road and other property.
